Delivery areas

We deliver to all cities and regions of Saudi Arabia through approved shipping companies.

Delivery time

• Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and major cities: 2–4 business days.
• Other cities and governorates: 3–7 business days.
• Timing starts when the order is confirmed (and after payment for prepaid orders), excluding Fridays and public holidays.

Shipping fees

• Free for orders over SAR 200 before VAT.
• SAR 25 for smaller orders. The fee is shown clearly in the cart before payment.
• Some offers may include free shipping on different terms, stated on the offer page.

Tracking

When your order ships you receive a message with the tracking number. You can track it from My account → My orders, and get a notification with every update if notifications are enabled.

Receiving your order

• Please check the package is intact on delivery; if it is damaged you may refuse it, or photograph it and tell us within 48 hours.
• Cash on delivery is available in Jeddah only; other cities pay online or with Tamara. Pay the courier in cash or by card (where the shipping company supports it).
• If delivery fails after two attempts, the order returns to us and we contact you to resend it.

Heat-sensitive products

Heat-sensitive products (some serums and supplements) are packed appropriately to protect them in transit.
