By using the Rihanna Care website and app you agree to these terms. The store is operated by Rihanna Medical Care Co. LLC (Unified No. 7033331997), Jeddah, and is governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law.

Your account

• Registration details must be accurate and up to date, and you are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• We may suspend accounts involved in misuse or fraud.

Products and prices

• All products are authentic from approved sources. Images are illustrative; packaging may vary by production batch.
• Prices are in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and offers may change without notice; the price shown when the order is placed applies.
• In case of an obvious pricing error or the product selling out after ordering, we contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed once online payment completes or a cash-on-delivery order is confirmed.
• Payment methods: mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and STC Pay via MyFatoorah, Tamara, and cash on delivery (Jeddah only).
• An electronic tax invoice is issued for every order.
• Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Shipping and returns

Medical consultations

• Provided by doctors licensed by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. They are remote consultations and do not replace an in-person visit in emergencies.
• In an emergency call 997 or go to the nearest emergency department.
• The doctor is responsible for their medical opinion; the store provides the platform and payment.

Rihanna (AI assistant)

Rihanna is an AI assistant offering general information about care and products. She is not a doctor and does not diagnose illness. Always follow the package instructions and consult a doctor or pharmacist if pregnant, breastfeeding or living with a health condition.

Intellectual property

Site content, the Rihanna character and logos belong to Rihanna Care and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Disputes

We aim to resolve any disagreement amicably — please contact us. The courts of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
